I don't normally leave bad reviews as I know what it can do for a business. I originally had Fitzgerald plumbing come to my pace of business 3/17/25 for a leak from the base of the toilet. They took the toilet off, let me know the problem, and placed the toilet back on with a new wax ring. The next day I used the toilet and noticed when sitting that I was able to rock the toilet side to side. This to me did not seem normal. I tried to call Fitzgerald plumbing and no one answered so I left a voicemail. I got no return call. On their invoice they told me I had a certain time frame where they will come back to fix it for free. Since I did not hear back I called another plumber and had them come check out the problem as the leak returned. I needed it fixed as soon as possible as this is the only restroom I have for my employees at the business. The new plumbing company came the same day and fixed the problem. They mentioned the toilet was not installed back on properly. I tried to call Fitzgerald plumbing THREE times before writing this review. I waited a week in between calling to give the manager enough time. I own a business so I know how busy work can get. I waited a month and still no call back hence the review. I will not use this company again and don't recommend. Attached is the invoice from Fitzgerald plumbing and the invoice from the new plumbing company that states the toilet was put back on wrong

Fitzgerald Plumbing is the best company around! We have used their services several times and they are always accommodating every time and are at our house within a few hours! Jesse helped us this time and Chris helped us last June. These guys are great workers and very nice guys that know their job! Everything goes great from the appt time set up to the finished job and we especially liked that he told us how much it would cost before the job started. I highly recommend!!!

the technician came on time. he's professional, pleasant and cool but the price he quoted was very high compared to others. I did not hire him. my toilet was NOT clogged. we just want him to do the snake to keep the toilet in good condition. I was very disappointed. they ad cheap but it's not real.

Had Chris out to fix my overflowing toilet. He arrived quickly and removed the toilet, fixed the stoppage, replaced the wax seal, and reinstalled the toilet. Then cleaned up after himself afterwards. He also climbed under the house to check the pipes under the house which was above and beyond in my view.

Waited a couple weeks on this review to make sure there was no lingering problems with the repair and there aren't. Appreciated his work and think I've found my new plumber. Thanks!

They charged $705.38 to unclog a toilet. In the process they filled a flower bed with sewage and just left it there. I messaged the manager asking for it to be cleaned up and I was ignored. We're obviously never using them again.

Here in less than 30. Water heater just needed to be turned back on. Toilet just needed the chain to be uncoiled. Fixed it all on 5 minutes…and didn’t charge me anything because the plumber was in the area.

Last time I used a plumber and the same thing happened on my washing machine, just a couple button pushes to fix the issue the guy looked at me like I was stupid and charged me $50 bucks for the service call and literally laughed at me for being incredulous that he’d be so bold and ride.

They got $50 from me but lost my business forever.

Fitzgerald’s now has a customer for LIFE!

People that work our very friendly. It was 415pm when I called she said to give her few seconds and see one the guys to fix the problem that night. I said tomorrow is fine no hurry let the guys go home to their family. They showed before they was to be at my house(4hrs window). They left to get supply lines to my water heater. Fix my issues an about 1hr.
I will use them again and again. I will tell anyone that needs plumbing fix at a reasonable price call Fitzgerald plumbing great people.

Before the technicians arrived, Fitzgerald had sent the text message informing who’s coming. Chris and Anthony were very professional and experienced, the problem took me 3 days and several visits to Lowe’s was finally answered by them with the snake wire reaching to 35~40’. We were impressed with William, our technician! He was friendly and professional. He covered everything around and near the areas he had to work. He cleaned everything when he was done. He let us know what was going on. In the morning he had help from James who was equally as friendly. He did the rest of the work himself in the afternoon. Then he handed the job over to Leo who is the best drywall artist I have ever seen! I wish we had known both Fitzgerald Plumbing and Leo for jobs we have had done in the past.

11-4-2024 our kitchen sink had a major backup. I called Fitzgerald to see when they could send someone out to fix it. I was very pleased to here they could be out the same day. Within 2-3 hours two young men, Chris and Jesse showed up. After running a camera down the clean out pipe they suggested to Water Jet kitchen outside clean out, It worked wonderfully. And the price was very good for all the work and time spent.
Good job, knowledgeable and quality work.
We have recommended them to our neighborhood Facebook page, and will use them again.

They were great! I called & someone came out the same day to see what the problem was. He put a camera completely through my pipes & I was able to see the problems myself. It was a pretty big job so they had to come back to the next day with more people. And just like he said they were there first thing in the morning & got to work. They did a great job & pretty fast as well. They were all super friendly & let me know what they were doing every step of the way. Christopher and Anthony came to our place to hydro jet the drain under our kitchen sink. They were professional, courteous, and thorough in explaining what they were doing and with their actual work. Christopher went the extra mile (literally) by coming back after originally finishing the job to check on a related issue with the dishwasher drainage and also made quick work of that. Price is on the high side. But I had issues because techs were trying to upsell. They said that my supply line was connected directly to my kitchen faucet so they were trying to have me buy a faucet. Other techs from another company verified that it was not connected so I didn’t need to buy another faucet. Secondly they made it sound like a big disaster was going to occur when they saw that I had a small leak in my water heater. Even if my water heater busted the water wouldn’t do much damage since it located in the garage. Other plumbers suggested not to change it yet .

I had an old toilet that was beginning to back up. Called Fitzgerald Plumbing since they were so fast and convenient last time. Christopher came and was nice enough to wait until I got home (I was delayed by a service I was getting performed on my car).

I just had the best experience with Fitzgerald Plumbing. Christopher was dispatched to our house and went right to work. After listening to me explain our problem, Christopher inspected the plumbing under the house and returned to explain his assessment of our plumbing. After giving us several options we decided on a plan of action. Christopher and Jesse went right to work, they worked with the skill and knowledge that you’d expect but unfortunately rarely get. Upon completion of their work they told my wife and I what they had done, problem solved. Then they cleaned the area where they had worked and left it spotless. They were polite and professional on time and guaranteed their work. They even took photographs and emailed them to me. Phenomenal, at first. Dropped over 3500.00 on a main line. All went well at first. They didn't break out concrete, cleaned up, and fixed a sprinkler they damaged at no cost. When the job was finished they tried to charge full amount despite leaving a 10% deposit. Budd Had to call in to the office cause someone forgot to put in our deposit. Then I had them come back to do a faucet and shower head replacement. The plumber Budd said it would be 225.00 for both. Unfortunately the faucet was defective. Budd said he would only charge the 165.00 for now, the rest when we got a new faucet and he came back. Couple days later the faucet gets installed and Budd charged me another 165.00. He says "sorry, they told me I have to charge the full amount". Really? After almost 4 grand of work you are gunna Nickel and dime me on a return call? Get all things in writing and up front first, they like to change things around once they are done . Great work otherwise. Budd was great, friendly, clean and fast.

Updated: Kept using them for various projects. Have not had a single issue again. Upped the ratting from 3 to 5 starts. Things happen, and they just had a snafu our first time using them. Always quality work, no matter what. Leo did an amazing job fixing up our busted toilet drain pipes. They were o rusted out the toilet came off the pipe. Welded it together with the new fittings like a champ. Thank you, sir!

We needed help urgently the day after St. Patty's Day and we couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or call us back. We figured plaumbers had too much fun on St. Patty's Day! Luckily, our neighbor recommended Fitzgerald and not only did they answer the phone, they came out the same day.

Our repair ended up taking a few trips because of our wonky pipes, but they stood by their work and didn't try to nickle and dime us. They even came out two extra times to replace a part and didn't charge us for the trip or the part.

Mike was always professional, friendly and did a great job walking us through his findings and recommendation for repair. We highly recommend their service!

I had a big water leak under my house which was discovered by a very high water bill. I called Fitzgerald plumbing and the next day they were out to look for the problem. By the next day they were out with a crew of workers and in one day my entire 2 story house was completely re-piped. The following day the wall patch people were here to repair walls and ceilings. They were able to fix a bad situation in 2 days. Amazing! Everyone was nice and professional. I highly recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing Company!

My husband and I had a broken hot water line underneath our kitchen sink. Our daughter referred us to Fitzgerald plumbing and Patrick sent Leo and Chris out the next day, Saturday, to access our problem. We had 60+ year old galvanized pipes for our water lines and drains and had been having numerous issues over the last 6 months. We could have had just had the problem pipe replaced but since it was on our list we went all the way and had the house replumbed from the street in and all of our drain lines replaced also, as well as, replacing our old water heater and enclosure. We met with Patrick the owner to get a quote and work started the next morning.
The staff was very thorough and professional, they did a great job and got a lot of work done in a short period of time. They also made sure to leave us one working bathroom at the end of each day so we could stay in the house. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing to my friends and family.

Burst 55 y/o galvanized landscape pipe! Your employees were at my front door at 8:15 AM, ready to work. They explained the work they would do and the materials used. They rerouted my outdoor galvanized pipe, that had corroded and burst, with copper and flex line. We have shutoff’s at various junctions in the event of another broken pipe. Looks like great work and high quality. Highly recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing!

Plumber Chris was excellent. He resolved my plumbing issue quickly. He was very professional and on-time for my schedule service. Also, my work came with a 5 year warranty. The only problem is that they are quite expensive. I had two separate services performed on my home. Both jobs only took about 2 hours each, but I had to pay $1700 to get the necessary work done. Unfortunately, there was no discount offered, especially since I was a repeat customer.

I called Fitzgerald Plumbing again (third time), this time for a clogged kitchen sink. We had set an appointment for this afternoon but they emailed that they had an immediate opening and they were here less than a half hour after my original call. Chris did a photographic inspection of the pipe and found the problem out about 40 or so feet. Ran the machine which cleared it up quickly for a decent price. First two problems in the past were also taken care of efficiently and professionally. Workmen were very neat and presentable. I highly recommend!

I called Fitzgerald's Plumbing and they came out the same day. Chris (technician) quickly solved my plumbing issues. I thought I needed to buy a new washer, but he assured me that he just needed to use a snake to unclog the pipe to my washer. He was done in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and courteous.

This is the third time we have used them and each time the experience has been top notch. This is the 2nd experience with William and he is a compliment to this company. We called at 10pm with a problem with our water heater. William was dispatched to our home at 8am the next morning. Our unit was installed by 4 that afternoon. WOW !! That's the best way to describe Christopher Martin's work.
he installed a new water heater which included picking it up at the warehouse , remove and install the metal outbuilding . carrying both the new and old unit , all new valves and piping .
He started at 10 am finished by 12 noon .
We have Hot water again !! Christopher said just give us a call if you have any trouble or funny noises and we will take care of it.
being a retired auto mechanic i can tell you this was very professional workmanship !!

I had to have my water heater replaced. They showed up promptly and finished the job in under 3 hours. The plumbers explained the expected life of the replacement, warranty, and answered any questions I had. The price was reasonable. My heater was originally sitting on the ground and they lifted it at no additional charge. Happy customer 🙂

He assessed our bathroom and kitchen leak problems, provided an estimate of repair cost, then completed the work as scheduled. Our tenant was very pleased with how the repairs was scheduled and completed. By the way, we were not charged for the kitchen leak because Christopher said it was a quick fix after the larger bathroom leak repair was completed.

We had an old water heater that wouldn't keep the pilot lit. I called Fitzgerald and the next day at 8 am they were there to assess the situation. I could rebuild it or install a new one. We chose the new heater and within two hours the old one was removed, the new one installed and we were back in hot water. Thanks to Christopher for the good work and also for adding a washer to my leaky hose! Excellent service, good follow through - several texts confirming time of appointment, and an easy way to pay via his phone with a receipt emailed to me. I will use Fitzgerald for all my plumbing needs.

We used these guys a couple months ago, we were so grateful for their service. We had a stopped up tub, so we couldn't shower. I called them, they had a guy out within 30-40 minutes and did not charge extra for "emergency" service. The plumber was friendly and professional. He had the problem solved in about 30 minutes. I will definitely call these guys again if we run into other issues.

Here's why we didn't give our usual 5 stars. Other than this instance, weve been very satisfied over the years!
We had the annual service performed on our tankless water heater, which Fitzgerald always performs and we've always been happy. Our only complaint this time was that the technician didn't ensure we had hot water before he left. By the time we discovered this, it was after business hours. Thankfully, we were able to reach Patrick, who was awesome at talking me through some steps to try, but we had to wait until the next morning for hot water. Our suggestion would be to always check that everything is working perfectly before leaving.

Called in for a leak on the hose connectors to the water heater. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment. They kept in close contact with confirmations of the appointment and when on ETA when technician was on their way
Service was performed quickly and the space left clean and orderly.
Wouldn't hesitate calling them again for any future repairs.

The gentleman who a replaced the faucets was quick to fix the items at a reasonable price. Although he couldn't removed this one faucet, he did try his best, spent some of his valuable time and tried his hardest. Leo Cuervas gave me a reasonable quote and explained the work that he needed to do to move the sink and dishwasher pipes and drains to the specifications of my kitchen remodel. Leo returned to complete the work in less than 3 hours and cleaned the worksite when done. (Another competitor plumber had quoted a higher price and estimated
half a days work for two plumbers for the same job ). Highly recommended

I got next day service when I called to replace a shower wand and troubleshoot a slow draining bathroom sink. The sink was draining slowly because the pipe under the house was corroded. Jesse was able to run a camera into the pipe so I could see that the pipe needed to be replaced. I was given a clear estimate for the work and the pipe was replaced the same day. I would recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing as they are responsive and clear about the repairs that needed to be done. The paperwork provided clearly lists the work performed, recommendations to keep my plumbing in good shape, and a promise to follow up with me in a couple of weeks to make sure the repairs done fixed all my issues.
